Crispy Paprika “Fried” Chicken
4 chicken breast
¼ cup flax seeds, ground
¼ cup oat bran
½ tbsp smoked paprika
½ tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp each of salt and pepper
½ – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (depending on spice tolerance)
1 tbsp red palm oil
Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
Mix together all ingredients in a ziplock bag.
Place chicken in ziplock.
Mix everything until chicken is well coated.
Place chicken on a parchment lined pan.
Bake for 25 minutes
