1 tbsp of chopped nuts (raw, unsalted)
1 tsp almond butter
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
a couple pinches of cacao powder
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice ends off banana (just the peel stem and the tough base). Keeping the peel on, cut the banana length ways without cutting it completely in half. (Like a banana-split)
Place it on a square of parchment that will be big enough to wrap up the whole banana.
Sprinkle chopped nuts, cinnamon and cacao powder inside the cut open banana
Gently squeeze the banana closed. It won’t close all the way because it’s stuffed with deliciousness but you get the idea. Wrap in parchment paper, twisting the ends of the paper to keep it together.
Put on baking pan and bake for 15-20 mins.
Carefully remove from oven and unwrap. It will be ooey-gooey and oh so delicious. Enjoy!
