Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
2 cups cooked chickpeas (or canned, organic & BPA free)
2 tbsp hot sauce
juice of 1 lime
sea salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss chickpeas in all ingredients. Lay in a flat layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Shake pan at halfway point. To make them extra crispy, after 15 minutes of baking let them cool for a couple minutes then put them back in the over for another 5 minutes or so.
