Spicy Slaw
2 cups red cabbage
2 cups carrot, grated
1 granny smith apple, cut into matchsticks
½ cup Broccoli sprouts
¼ cup goji berries
2 green onions, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing.
Spicy Slaw Dressing
1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Flaxseed oil
½ tsp finely diced fresh ginger
1” piece of red chilli pepper, no seeds for less spicy
1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp kelp salt
Mix ingredients very well. Pour generously over slaw ingredients. Allow salad to sit in the fridge with dressing on it for at least an hour for the best flavour.
