2 – 3 cups arugula
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
A few thinly sliced Vidalia onions
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
3-4 oz grilled chicken
Dressing:
1/2 tsp fesh lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1.5 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
A pinch of salt
