Green Heart Smoothie

  • Mango: full of antioxidants including Vitamin C and A
  • Spinach: very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, C, E and K.
  • Parsley: good source of fiber, protein, folic acid, vitamins A, C, K, potassium, magnesium
  • Chia seeds: high in fiber and omega 3s, aid in absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). Contains all essential amino acids. High in calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, vitamins B, D, and E.

Directions -Blend well. (1 serving)

2-3 cups organic baby spinach

1-2 cups organic fresh parsley (curly or flat)

1 cup frozen mango

¼ cup pomegranate or acai juice

¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce

1 tsp chia seeds

1-2 cups filtered water
