Garlic “Cheesy” Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Chives to garnish

Preheat oven to 500°. Melt all ingredients (except cauliflower) in a bowl over a pot of boiling water (double boiler). Pour melted ingredients over cauliflower. Toss well. Bake for 15 minutes.
